Transitions, moving from target to target, is where you can save a big chunk of time and improve your score. It is the biggest time saver.
For dry fire, setup targets: 1 no shoot, 1 popper, and 1full board. You can use anything like post-it notes. Do different practice runs. Left to right, right to left, magazine changes. Focus on arriving and leaving the target as precisely as you can. Work on slowing down as you arrive at a target. Avoid jerking or quick movements. Acquire your target as your arrive. Leave the target after you've pulled the trigger. Make sure to leave after or your shot will be off target.
