With the magazine out of the pistol:
Step 1. Position the magazine facing up. When you grab it, you will do the same action as you are taking a magazine from your magazine pouch.

Step 2. For your main hand, position your middle finger under the trigger guard. The thumb goes under the the beaver tail. As you grab the pistol use the table as support and establish your grip.

Step 3. Go for the pistol and magazine at the same time.

Step 4. Follow the reloading steps in Lockdown Video #2.

Step 5. After you've fed the magazine in the pistol. Use your support hand to rack the slide. After, move your support hand to grip the pistol.

Step 6. As you are doing Step 5, move your main hand forward to prepare to aim and fire.

With magazine loaded, but no chamber load:
Step 1. For your main hand, position your middle finger under the trigger guard. The thumb goes under the the beaver tail. As you grab the pistol use the table as support and establish your grip.

Step 2. Have your support hand over the slide.

Step 3. Go for the pistol and slide at the same time.

Step 4. As you lift the pistol, rack the slide with your support hand.

Step 5. Keep your trigger finger off the trigger until the barrel is parallel to the ground.

Step 6. Move your support hand to grip the pistol.

For table starts that with two or more magazines:
Step 1. Have the the magazines face up, but the one closer the the pistol is little higher than the other.

Step 2. Use the higher magazine place to the magazine pouch.

Step 3. For starts that have 3 magazines, place the 2 magazines first to the magazine pouch. Then grab the 3rd magazine to feed to the pistol.

Pro-tip: For beginners, practice each step slowly to build good habits. Do not take short cuts to avoid forming bad habits. Form is more important than speed.
