Firing Range Promo Mechanics

• Promo voucher is available at P.B. Dionisio & Co., Inc. 2/F PBD Building Don Alejandro Roces Avenue, Quezon City and P.B. Dionisio Firing Range, 90 West Riverside St., San Francisco Del Monte Quezon City.

• May purchase multiple vouchers and can purchase up until November 10, 2013 and must be used on or before November 30, 2013.

• Reservation is required 3-4 days in advance. First come, first served basis. Call P.B.Dionisio Firing Range at (02) 373-4545 and look for Ronina Pamintuan or Elmer La Guardia (Except on Mondays).To download registration form, go to our Facebook page and website.

• Must call 2 days in advance for cancellation of reservation. Rescheduling is allowed only once.

• For online registration, payment is required to ensure reservation of Firing Range.

• Please send the accomplished form together with the scanned copy of deposit slip/receipt of payment to sales@pbdionisio.com with title/subject: Firing Range Reservation. You can also fax it to 372-2713 attn Marketing.

• A confirmation notice will be sent thru voice call, email or sms with control number.

• Only one (1) caliber per person (9mm, Cal.40, or cal.45) can be used. Unused ammo will be forfeited. Regular Price of ammo will apply in excess of the quantity allowed by the voucher

• Only 1 hour use of firing range per voucher and can be used from Tuesday to Friday, 10AM-7PM and Saturday to Sunday, 9AM to 6PM. Transferable but non-refundable.
