Firearms Product Warranty

Have peace of mind when you purchase a firearm. When you buy a firearm from us, it comes with a one year warranty.

Warranty:

From the date of release, a warranty of one (1) year will be granted.

First 3 months: Replacement of firearm is allowed only if the complaint is received within 3 months from the date of release.

3 – 6 months: Only part(s) are covered by the warranty.

6 – 12 months: Only repairs are covered by the warranty.

Note:

All claims, whether under warranty or not, are subject to a recommendation for approval by authorized PBD technical support personnel.  If claims of a defect are found to be false, the firearm will be returned to the customer at their expense.  The company will not refund nor replace firearms that are returned in used condition, broken without original box, manuals, and accessories.
