The Regional Civil Security Unit - NCR (RCSU-NCR) has graciously offered to host an LTOPF Caravan with the assistance of P.B.Dionisio & Co. The LTOPF Caravan will happen this February 21 to 23, 2024 at 4F P.B.D Bldg II - #27 Don Alejandro Roces Avenue. (In front of Amoranto Sports Complex / Near Fishermall or Pantranco)
How to Get Your Firearm License or LTOPF?

IT'S EASY! Save time and be prepared at the caravan by downloading forms and creating your FEO and PNP online accounts ahead of time.

Be confident and knowledgeable when handling a firearm. The Gun Safety Seminar is now conveniently accessible online, offering participants the opportunity to gain crucial knowledge and understanding of firearm safety practices from the comfort of their own space.

1. Ballpen and Pencil
2. 2 pcs of 2×2 ID picture
3. 2 Valid Government IDs
4. Cash Payment for the following:
GSS – P500.00
GSS Validation – P100.00
Option 2: Online
Please be aware, this online seminar cover the topics of the P.B.Dionisio & Co. Gun Safety Seminar, but it is still necessary for you to physically attend the P.B. Dionisio Shooting Range for the written examination and the practical test firing.

- According to the latest guideline from the Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO), it is mandatory to upload your requirements onto your FEO online account before undergoing the Neuro and Drug Test at the LTOPF Caravan. - NSO Birth Certificate or unexpired Passport
- Proof of Latest Billing
- 2 valid ID’s
- 5 pcs 2 x 2 pictures
- Gun Safety Seminar Certificate (GSS)
- National Police Clearance
- Neuro-psychiatric Clearance (NP)
- Drug Test Clearance (DT)

Step 2: Get your National Police Clearance
Please ensure that you have your PNP account prepared.
Step 3: Finance Service
Pay fees.
Notary - P200.00
Neuro Exam - P900.00 (P720.00 for senior with senior ID)
Drug Test - P300.00
National Police Clearance - P160.00
Step 4: Health Service
Take Neuro-Psychiatric Exam and Interview.
Results will be transmitted to your account.
Step 5: Crime Lab Group
Fill up form. Give urine sample.
Results will be transmitted to your account.
Step 6: Notary
Notarize form before uploading to FEO Online.
