Here are the mechanics:

1. Register to win.

2. Registration ends on October 31, 2019

3. Winner is selected  on November 4, 2019 at P.B.Dionisio & Co. Main Office.  The winner will be notified by phone/email/FB messenger.

4. The prize is NOT convertible to cash and is non transferable. This Gift Certificate is valid until December 31, 2019.

5. This is ONLY for individual applicants. Employees, family of employees, and agents are NOT allowed to join.

6. The winner will be given sixty (60) days to claim their prize. 

7. To claim the prize the winner must bring the 2 valid IDs.
