QUALIFICATION: BUSINESSMAN

• Affidavit of non-pending case - duly notarized
• PNP form no. 12
• PNP form no. 2
• TIN/Residence Certificate - photocopy

• Drug Test / Neuro Clearance
• Gun Safety Seminar
• DI Clearance or RII Clearance
• Police Clearance / Court Clearance-MTC or RTC / Mayor's Clearance

  • Customer with FA's in excess of on low powered pistol/revolver/rifle shotgun
