PB Dionisio BuildingP. B. DIONISIO & CO., INC. is presently and has been in the firearms business close to sixty (60) years. Through these years the company was able to establish close links with various foreign manufacturers to supply the requirements of the civilian, military, police and other government agencies in the Philippines.

Founding Chairman Paulino B. Dionisio established the company on September 26, 1950 but operated as sole proprietorship in the firearms business with a license from the Military Police Command, Philippine Army on July 30, 1946, thereby giving him and the company the distinction of being the pioneer Filipino enterprise in the local firearm industry. The corporate life of the company has since been extended to September 26, 2050.

The original establishment was situated in downtown Rizal Avenue, Manila which actively engaged in the business since 1946 until 1972 when the company ceased all importation due to government restrictions during the Martial Law. Even as the company sustained its operation for the duration of the Marcos era, it was with the change of the administration in the aftermath of the EDSA Revolution that normal business activity was renewed.

From its original location in Rizal Avenue, Manila which became a landmark in the downtown area landscape for over two decades, corporate offices were moved to a building wholly owned by the company at No. 27 Don Alejandro Roces Avenue, Quezon City and presently situated on the second floor.
